More than an
installer.

Based at the Innovation Centre, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD, CIRE supplies and installs air-conditioning systems across London, Kent and the South East. Our installation work includes CRAC systems for data centres and cooling for hospitals and MRI suites. We also provide planned maintenance, specialist commissioning, HVAC validations and TM44 inspections.

We work closely with consultants, principal contractors, landlords and facilities teams, taking responsibility for the details that determine whether a system performs properly in the real world.

Our approach is simple: clear communication, disciplined delivery and technical reporting that clients can rely on.

The people behind CIRE

Working together.
Taking pride.

Behind every CIRE installation is a team that cares about the work and the people we do it for. We work together, share practical knowledge and pay attention to the details—from the first conversation to the finished installation.

Clear communication, respect for each other and pride in a job well done shape how we work every day.

Built around
your building.

We work with consultants, principal contractors, landlords and facilities teams on commercial buildings, high-end residential properties, hotel groups, data centres, hospitals, MRI suites, retail and education projects.

Tell us about the building, its use and your programme. We’ll agree the installation, survey or maintenance scope around those requirements.
