A finish that complements the home

For this high-end residential project in Aldershot, our client wanted air conditioning that would complement the sleek, contemporary character of their new home.

The Mitsubishi Electric LN indoor units offered the clean lines and modern appearance the interior called for. Their white finish sits comfortably alongside the neutral walls and decorative cornicing, bringing the air-conditioning installation into the overall aesthetic of the property.

Installed and commissioned by CIRE

CIRE fully installed and commissioned two Mitsubishi Electric LN split systems, with attention to both the indoor presentation and the external installation.

Outside, black trunking neatly contains the pipework routes to the outdoor units. The result is a considered installation that complements the home’s architecture and interior detailing.

Comfort that fits the interior

For this residential client, the appearance of their home was an important part of the brief. They wanted energy-efficient air conditioning for the living room and master bedroom, with indoor units that would sit comfortably within the existing interior.

The selected Panasonic units bring a clean, contemporary finish to both spaces. Their white styling complements the light walls and carefully chosen furnishings, helping the installation feel at home in each room.

Two rooms. One considered installation.

CIRE installed two Panasonic split systems, providing air conditioning in the main living space and the master bedroom.

Attention to presentation continues outside, with wall-mounted outdoor units and black trunking containing the external pipework routes. From the indoor positioning to the exterior finish, the installation reflects the client’s emphasis on aesthetics.

When the working day ends at sunrise

For a homeowner working night shifts, a comfortable bedroom during the day is essential. Around two years after moving into his new-build home, our client was finding the heat during warmer weather difficult to live with. The property became uncomfortably hot just when he needed to rest after work.

He contacted CIRE for a cooling solution that would suit his routine: a more comfortable bedroom for daytime sleep and a cooler living room for relaxing at home.

A solution shaped around his home

CIRE installed a Toshiba multi-split system serving the living room and one bedroom. Two wall-mounted indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit brought cooling to the spaces that mattered most to the client.

Appearance was part of the brief too. The selected indoor units have a crisp, contemporary profile and a dark finish that complements the home’s furnishings. Outside, wall-mounted equipment and black trunking give the installation a coordinated finish.

The installation puts the client’s daily routine at the centre of the solution, providing cooling where he rests and unwinds, with indoor units chosen to feel part of his home.

Designed around the way the home is used

CIRE was appointed to design, supply and install heating and cooling systems for a newly developed contemporary private residence. The brief covered a large bar and entertainment area, a home cinema and an office, bringing comfort to spaces used for entertaining, relaxing and working.

A finish that belongs in the room

A Daikin multi-split system was installed with black wall-mounted indoor units selected to complement the home's interior design. Their dark finish sits naturally against the deep wall colours, keeping the installation in keeping with the character of the finished spaces.

A practical response to overheating

The builder appointed CIRE to develop a cooling solution for three contemporary apartments following concerns about high summer heat gains raised by the building control officer. The brief was clear: help keep the living rooms comfortable during the warmer months.

CIRE developed a revised design using Midea heat-pump split systems to serve the living area in each apartment. As well as providing cooling during the summer, the systems offer heating in colder weather, giving residents control over their comfort throughout the year.

Comfort with a considered finish

Inside, the white wall-mounted units sit neatly within the light, modern interiors. Outside, the condensers are arranged on wall brackets, with black trunking providing a coordinated finish that complements the dark window frames and contemporary cladding. Before completion, the projecting bracket ends were trimmed flush with the condensers to maximise space along the walkway, while retaining clearance behind the units for airflow.

The installation brings together practical summer cooling and careful attention to appearance, respecting the character of the building from the living spaces to the external pipework routes.

Relief from the heat

When a couple found themselves struggling to sleep during the heatwaves, they contacted CIRE for help. With the room temperature reaching 32°C, they wanted a practical way to make their home comfortable again.

Within 24 hours of their initial contact, their new energy-efficient Midea heat-pump system was installed. The system brought the room temperature down to a comfortable 22°C, providing welcome relief from the summer heat.

A personal service, with lasting reassurance

Even CIRE’s managing director, Joe, got hands-on with the installation. Helping an older couple stay comfortable was a priority for the team, and Joe personally helped to get the system sourced, delivered, installed and commissioned as quickly as possible.

The white indoor unit blends into the light living-room interior, while the outdoor unit sits on support feet on the patio. Black trunking follows the external corner, keeping the service route neat and coordinated.

The couple were delighted with the result and the speed of the response. Alongside their renewed comfort, the 10-year warranty provided with this installation offered added peace of mind, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
